I was moved by the events of the weekend while we were in Green Bay, overhearing stories, the photos, the comraderie, but the full effect didn’t really hit me until we got home. Watched the Veterans stories on Public TV, cried, and then cried some more. Thank you to those who lost their lives, thank you to the vets who served and came back home, thank you to my brother in law Vern, my Friend Larry, my childhood neighbor who died at age 19, thank you to my Dad, a WWII vet. When will we ever learn????
